The spring is coming,it means that the rainy season comes soon,oh,I like spring, cuz the world full of singing birds and sweeted-scented flowers. However,I don't like the rainy season, cuz the weather will become humid, all the things will be musty. What's more,it will breed mosquitoes.I hate mosquitoes, but I can't stop the spring's coming.Do you have the same feelings with me?

Spring is a wonderful season where I live. It is dry and sunny and there are no mosquitoes. We only have rain in winter and it is a cold rain with gray skies. I wait for winter to leave so that I can greet the wonderful sun.

Hi Elenaliu and welcome to my lot. I love the spring because it means all the things you said. I love working in our yard and making it look so much better. When we moved into this place the yard had been left undone so long it was a lot of tall weeds and not much beauty in it. But as the years pass by we have made flower beds all over the yard and now the post man stops and stares at the yard and ask what we are going to name our park. People used to fly by when driving down the road now they slow almost to a halt to see what new things we have done. As for the mosquitoes there are plants that you can plant in the yard that are natural pest repellents, marigolds and beauty berry are great plants to repel mosquitoes. I thank God it is almost time to get out in the yard and do some good yard work. The rain is a good thing because that makes things grow. Another thing for mosquitoes is not to let standing water in anything that will hold water. Keeping things dumped will help keep the mosquitoes at bay. If you have water for the birds you need to keep fresh water in them daily and that will keep the mosquitoes from breeding. If you have to keep water in something put a cap full of bleach in it and it will keep the mosquitoes from breeding in the water.

Looking outside my window you can't tell that Spring is coming. It's raining very hard and it's supposed to turn into snow....again! I hate winter and can't wait for it to be over.

I can't wait for some warmer weather myself and to see greener scenery. But the one thing that I don't like about spring is the mud that we track all over. Sometimes, we can't help tracking it even inside our house. I already feel sorry for myself thinking of all the clean ups that's ahead of me.

Oh felt nice to hear that spring is approaching your area. But, in my place, I am going to experience hot summer with hot sunshine and its unbearable sun strokes. I will be perspiring soon within a month.
