I went to Munnar, which is a mountain resort in South India.I went there to escape from the smothering heat and dust of my native place. The pleasant climate soothed my tired body which was ravaged by the arid summer heat and dust.I was irritated and lethargic with my work and that is when I decided to take a leisure trip that will not upset my budget and at the same will give me a relaxing time from the sultry heat and work pressure. Thus I found a home stay in Munnar, which belonged to a family friend of mine.I stayed there three days and came back to my work peaceful and relaxed.Do you take a short break once in a while to break the monotony of your existence?

I used to once a year but got rid of my timeshare so haven't gone much of anywhere for the last three years until this year. I now get to think back to my week of vacation in Maui and even that is relaxing.

hi rubyroy Munnar sounds like a lovely place to relax and enjoy some leisure time away from the dust and heat. I have never been able to travel but India has always fascinated me so love to hear about it from the people who live there. Here its not quite
spring and only gets to maybe seventy right now but its sunny and pleasant out but the mornings and evenings are still pretty
cool here i
