Milk

How do you feel about milk? As we become more knowledgeable about food and food allergies, would you know how to detect such things. Cow's milk can wreak havoc on some people. So, how do you get your calcium? I like lactose free cheeses and Greek yogurt. I miss ice cream :( There is always room for a little milk and ice cream, but not too much. Food allergies can affect nutritional intake and overall health. I wish I knew then what I know now. Anyway, there are usually alternatives for some things, and some things you just have to give up. Food is supposed to be our medicine. Finding out how to fulfill our dietary needs is important. Eat well, live well.

I don't like milk personally, The taste is so boring but I sometimes drink milk if i'm sick. But MILK for me is not a food but beauty REGIMEN.... I use it for exfoliation =). I heard that itis good for the skin, I mixed it with sugar and then scrub it all over my body =). Try it. it really feels good !!!

I use to use a milk moisturizer. Perhaps what doesn't work on the inside will work on the outside.

I am lactose intolerant so I do not drink milk, not when I can avoid it. Exception is when I have trouble sleeping at night. Surprisingly, warm milk helps me sleep better. Anyway, I get my dose of calcium from green leafy vegetables and a chewy calcium supplement. Sometimes they are also present in fruits and some chocolate drinks that are non-dairy based.

I can definitely relate to you. I grew up loving milk, but it did not always love me. I like leafy green vegetables and learning how to prepare them. Learning how to cook and learning how to eat can change your life.
