I recently read another book by robert kiyosaki saying that the rich invests wherein they will make a profit if it succeeds as well as still make a profit if it will crash. What do you think?

Where the rich invest is a secret that shouldn't be known by everyone. Yes, the rich can make money from a successful investment strategy that profit from a bull market and also can make money from market crash, they are smart enough to know the right way and place to invest. There is nothing to think about, if you are clever, then you can make plenty of money investing in the right stuff in the market place at the right moment. Reading Robert Kiyosaki's book is only part of the story and it need more than just his book to make a profit both ways.

Baby steps, kenshin. You should be at least prepared mentally if you are going to do this. at least, you can focus on making it happen.

His books do not really give any concretes ways in order to be rich or the places to invest. What he did mention are the guidelines and the perception that you will be needing in order to be a successful investor.

Hello Kenshin, this is an interesting point of view. Maybe the profit if it crashes is a non monetary profit. For example, they could get rid of something otherwise they couldn´t get rid off. Blessings Kenshin... dainy

Hi Kenshin, I´m glad to read you again. Yes you are right it´s not easy to think of having profits even if the business crashes. It makes me think of something like an intangible profit. For example, I cannot get rid of a stock, and if I open a business where I can get rid of this overstock, even if the business crashes I had an intanbible profit. Maybe I want to get get rid of a worker and I don´t have the strenghtness to fire him, maybe the crash will be the excuse to fire him/her. Maybe I get a very good loan because I opened a new business, and if it crashes it doesn´t matter so much because I got the loan. Or maybe I got a new location, and even if the first business crashes I got the experience to move on a new location, city, town, country because I got the experience. Or maybe they have learnt a lot about the experience, and maybe if they had gone to college they may have not gotten this experience/knowledge. I don´t know! It´s a weird idea to get a profit even if the business crashes.. Wisdom, intelligence, strenghtness and braveness is needed to face any business. Blessings Kenshin... dainy

Here the house price has kept increasing. Therefore, many people want to invest to the real estates. And it leads to the house price gets much more expensive. It is better than deposit the money in the bank because the interest is quite low. As to the stock market, this doesn't go well for a long time and it is also very risky. Due the the bad economy, it is also not a good time to have your own business at present.

I suppose it depend on what you consider a profit. There's never a hundred percent guarantee that you'll get a financial return, although some investments are safer than others. But if a particular venture fails, you'll learn from the experience and hopefully do better next time - that's a kind of profit. If you read a few biographies of successful people, they nearly always have failures. What makes them a success is that they learn from those failures and don't give up.

Most of the rich persons are interested in increasing their money. So they will invest in a good program after making a lot of research.

Actually, there is a ton of investment options out there but you have to learn where you are good at. Investments take an awful lot of time just for research because you’ll need all the knowledge that you can get. Or get a friend who knows these things that can explain them to you in a very simple manner. Every investment has its risk or the potential to go bust. That’s the reason why you need a ton of knowledge and people who deal with this kind of activity. You can start in investment by doing small amounts by doing small amounts just to get the feel of the trade. Each move you made in trading can make you rich or broke – which is why you need the knowledge and the expert advice of people such as brokers and consultant.

Well I would have to say if you've got enough capital , best investment to make is real estate... It's the only thing I think that doesn't depreciates in value.. LOT that is.. Land's price always appreciates as the popuplation grows rapidly. The great the demand is, the higher the price, and it only works in LAND,house and LOT! With me, since the prices of the property in cities are quite high I opted to buy a piece of lot back in my homeown as I can see number of residents there are growing. In time, youll never know how much worth it could be triple? quadruple? OR if you don't intend to sell them, there are ways to make use of it, in time.. :) Or you could start buying and selling stocks, you can start as low as 10k.

I think the safest investment that rich people will pick will be Real estate. Now how do they make profit with it if real estate market fails to produce great income? They can easily file bancrupcy and get to keep their real estate anyway. So if they are not in profit, they are not in loss too. I may be mistaken, but I think that is how they do it.
