I Am A Cookie Monster

That is present tense, I am a cookie monster. I have become one when I learned and started baking my own cookies. Furthermore, I have become a bread enthusiast..I love bread, and when a variety of bread is offered, I would taste each one bite by bite. When I was a child, my favorite cookies are those that were included in boxes of goods from abroad. I just thought back then, that there was something about imported cookies that make me eat up until the gorgeous cookie cans had been emptied. These days, there have been good tasting cookies done by local bakers and I have become interested in learning to make my own too. In coffee shops, I would always have a cookie or two to pair with my hot Cafe Americano. My favorite personal cookie creation is oatmeal cookie with either raisins or chocolate chips or both. I think that having both the raisins and chocolate chips in oatmeal cookies can be devastating, what do you think? Have you ever tried putting in some pineapple tidbits in your sugar cookies. I wanted to try. And here's some more...I love cakes too especially those that seem to be very complicated.
