Can't login to ptc box.Is ptc box turned scam?

I am an active member of ptc box but now I can't login to ptc box.When I tried to login the message appears "Sorry we couldn't find any session data for you. Please login again".

In my understanding that site have a problem with paypal, as notified by the owner and they still try to resolve the issue. The admin, also said that we need to stop promoting the site and or inviting someone over to avoid someone else to be assume to get some cash on the site...that site really good and pay instant but suddenly there is a trouble.

Do yoo still believe that it would again be online and the members would be paid back?

I think the site might be close forever and because of the problem. We are hoping that the site is online again in the future if the admin, fix the problem with paypal.

As far as I know, it has gone scam.
