what is the best and safest way to lose weight?

Hi! I'm on a diet plan and on an exercise plan to lose weight but a friend keep on insisting i try her method in drinking appetite suppressants and fat burner. What would be the best choice? to drink those or to do the natural way which is to eat less rice, eat more fruits and vegetables then do exercise everyday? Thanks

Eat fruits and veggies, drink lots of water and walk. I feel thats the best and safest way to lose weight. Good luck.

Loosing weight natural way is the safest. Have lots of vegetables and vegetable juices. This will clean the system and increase the immunity. Using chemicals is a short cut method but many side effects too.

I think eating the right foods, and plenty of exercise is a good way to lose weight. I havea nutribullet, and I drink my fruits and spinach leaves every day. I just put them in the cup add water, put the cup on the motor, push down, turn, and it pulverizes them into a liquid that I can drink. It doesn't look to appealing, but boy is is good. I use frozren fruits mostly, but I do add a banana, apple or and orange in to it that are fresh. I have lost a couple of pounds. It is really coming off slowly, but I guess that is okay as I don't want to lose it to fast anyway. I do walk every day, weather permitting. i hope that weight loss is successful. one of the best ercise, is the push away.. The thats the one, where you push awaY FROM THE TABLE, BEFORE YOU TAKE THE SECOND HELPING OF FOOD.
