How to make the little tabs at the bottom of flyers?

I was trying to make flyers, to post in the grocery store, and work, etc.
I have Open Office, and can;t get MIcrosoft Word (free, and downloaded properly).
I want the tabs at the bottom of the flyer, to have my name, number, and such so they can rip if off.

I would add to Owlwing's post create 12 times the number of columns you want minus 1. Select the table and format every other column say, 1/10th the width of the others and turn off boundaries.
These thin columns then provide space between your text, which enable ease of cutting.

I think you meant TWICE the number of columns minus 1
Actually, it's a lot easier to format the text in such a way (Table Properties, Border, Spacing to Contents) that there is sufficient white space above and below/to right and to left of the text

Yes indeed I do mean that. Yes you can achieve the same with border spacing but thought this method a little easier for those unfamiliar with settings
