Lion King's Pumba and Timon

I love Lion King. I think many among movie enthusiasts, young and old alike, felt the same way I felt about Lion King including all sequels. The songs are great especially because they have encouraging messages. Among the characters, I had fun watching Pumba and Timon. My adoration for these cute characters reached the point that I named my two bullmastiffs (they're brothers) after them. Now, Pumba and Timon will live to be with me for like fifteen or more years because I'll make sure I'd take care of my huge dogs well enough for them to exceed their normal life span. How about the other Lion King fans out there, would you name your pets or even (kids :D) after those Lion King characters? My friend named her child Kiara because she's a Kiara fan..:)

I didn't name any of my dogs after the characters in the movie because they already had names when we got them. I don't have kids but if i did now that i think about(since i never did before)i might name a girl if i had a daughter Kiara because that is such a pretty name. i love the songs in this move as well. They are very insperational. I have also seen the stage musical of the show and it is just as good as the movie. I even like all the sequels. I agree this movie does have messages in the songs and the movie itself. I also like it because it is from Disney.

Kiara is such a lovely name indeed. Actually, I find the creator or writer of Lion King creative because most of the names he chose in portraying the characters are kind of unique, I just heard such unique names for the first time in that movie only. That's why I am so happy that I named my dogs Pumba and Timon and now I find them a little different from the usual named dogs that I know of. In fact, the next time I acquire another set of dogs, I would name them after Lion King characters again..:D
