Expect the unexpected!!

We have a conference last week, before that date I was called by my head that I had a great lost in un accounted accounts, i call the attention of the concerned department and their explanation didn't satisfy me. It was already too late to recheck hence i was just informed 1 day before I left. I'm bit in bad mood and my ipad got hung during the conference.. stress stay away from me..the conference proper is not great to me... and the awarding night came that among the branches we are awarded as fourth runner up! amazing!!! un expected, un explainable although my performance previous year was not so good compared to last year, i just hit the quota but didn't have an amazing bottom line... later they explained the new criteria...that's why we got an award...well this is it.. coming home with the branch with plaque, trophy and cash boost our egos and proud to be the one. Now I believe that even though were down we still can go up unexpectedly... But maybe much better if we always prepare ourselves so we will not be down unprepared... bottoms up my lotters.

Wow! Really amazing sunshine! There are really things which would come up unexpectedly and which can change our mood at an instant. Well, similarly problems may come so we should not focus too much on the problem but rather on the solution. Keep it up!

Thanks Aries, sometimes we are carried with emotion first, sometimes we keep on looking the mistakes of others, if there's a mistakes we had reasons to point out..I just don't want to be the center of distraction during conference so when it turns out that we are achiever become center of attraction I thank God first, we still perform well..hurray!!! we did it really??? problem solve for the meantime that time.. and now in reality we have to patch the holes.... Like they say, sh$#^ happens, but good things still do wonders. Your branch may have been in a mess right now, but it is nice to know that previous efforts have been not in vain. And that award is very timely, as in the middle of all the troubles, it will definitely motivate everyone that they can do this and correct this because lots of people are counting on them.

Hi Raine, thanks for the greetings, were trying to patch up the mess now and hope we can make it this year no longer unexpected but with expectation to move high lol...So far so good easing the vain and pain diminished slowly , the awards and prizes were already shared to all of us... hope and pray we will have strong teamwork this year. thanks Hatley, yes were striving this year but competitions are bit harder.. hope and pray that we can make it this year with no stress at all.. Best regards .
