What time of the day do you find it best to exercise and why?

Personally the best time for me (when I used to exercise) is first thing in the morning. It gets your blood pumping and wakes you up. The endorphins start you off on a good foot. And you don’t just get inactive when you are done. You have a whole day ahead to reinforce the exercise you did as you walk around going about your business.

Morning is the best time to exercise for me. I like to get it out of the way. Otherwise I'll just keep putting it off until I fall asleep and then I'm back at square one the next day.

I like to exercise around 11:00 in the morning. It breaks up the day and gives me great energy.
