confusion has taken my mind over

Loving the idea of finding a new site to write,but I am complacently lost here! I am logged i ,yet it asked me to re log in and won't take my password..yes I checked and made sure I have the right one!I had signed up before yet even though I got mail from them It said they didn't have an account with my email name attached to it? Also lost with writing formats I went under writes poems wrote one and it took my format away and printed it like a discussion post.perhaps I can not attach photos to poetry? quite a bit of what I do photos go with and I also do photo essays I would love help from someone not a newbie if possible! since it won't let me copy and paste from my writing program it is harder to use but perhaps that is a good thing as they probably caught people pasting others works that wouldn't take time to do it. another way. I also only found one task in the task area there has to be more! Please end my confusion and give me some feedback.
