Workout Ideas?

I've been really trying to get into the routine of a workout regimen. Currently I am trying to work out Monday through Friday. I tend to get bored when exercising very quickly. I either watch television, or listen to the radio or a CD. Some of the workouts that I have been doing are running, walking, dancing, and toning exercises. I have also used the elliptical occasionally. Walking in the park seems to motivate me, but I am not always able to go to a park. I recently bought a workout DVD that I am excited to try. I would love any ideas for aerobic exercises? Or any other type of exercises? Thanks.

We have a few cable channels here in the mornings that play music and do workouts. One show is for 1/2 hrs. then there is an hour one. Check your cable channels, you may have something like that as well.

Thanks. I never thought of this before. I also bought a workout DVD, I might buy some more.

Yes, check your cable guide there. Youd be surprised what you find there.
