Could you share your successful loose weight plan?

My weight is increase day by day. I can feel that. I have try to lose my weight. I try to eat more little, eating much vegetables and don't eat snack food. But I' m not successful! My weight has not been lose! Could you share your successful loose weight plan? I hope that I'll get more experience from friends on Mylot.

have you heard about LEASURE IS? i've tried using this product for almost two months now..And i can say that it's really effective. I lose 5 pounds per week. just drink the coffee every morning before meal. of all the slimming products that i used, this one is the most effective.

Losing weight  - Weight lose programs
I was successful in my weight lose journey. I was 140 back last yeas October and now just maintaining my 120lbs body haha.. I did exercise 2-3 a day at least 30-45 mins run in the treadmill. Then at least eat more veggies. My snacks are fruits like apple and banana and dinner are sometimes lean meat or just plain steamed veggies. Losing weight is hard but need discipline to succeed. Hope it help a little for you

It's great to hear you, my friend. I'm thinking that never have anyone who are successful in a loose weight plan :) I'm trying to loose weight. I eat more little, eating much vegetables and fruits, drinking much water and avoiding oil. I'm jogging every morning about 30 minutes. Do you think this plan is good?

Sorry, I can't help you. Nothing I do seems to work either! I exercise every day, I am disabled so nothing real strenuous. Try to watch what I eat, count calories and the scale only moves a few ounces either way. I try not to eat over 12,000.calories, which is hard sometimes. I know I don't exert as much as "normal" people, but I don't eat as much either. I have been told that it can be counter productive and unhealthy to eat under 1,000 a day. I also have heard that breakfast is very important to people trying to lose weight, so I have a bowl of cereal everyday. Nothing seems to help!

I'm thinking that no body was successful to lose their weight :D I'm not too fat. But I need to lose some kg! I have tried many ways. However, I don't think that I'm successful now.

Uh, there's a problems for every women I think. I can't get loose my weight because of I need snack for get my ideas (I'm Graphic Designer) and still difficult for me to jogging every morning. I ever get loose weight but I use diet medicine (I got there online from China). It makes me loose my weight a lot, because I don't wanna eat, just wanna puke everytime I smell a food or already eat. There's not good for my health so I stop that. But when I'm stop my weight back to before I eat that medicine, and grow my weight over and over. Now I just cycling to my office, that's good for my health and makes my weight back to normal. Just try that :)

I think this way is useful: do not eat anything after 7 pm.
