exercising again!

Finally last night, I was so in the mood to start exercising again. For the past one month, I was too lazy to exercise. Maybe because it’s always rainy, very conducive to being lazy. Thus, upon arriving home after dismissal at work last night, I exercised, geared with my earphone. I turn on the music on my phone , Gangnam style and other danceable tunes and there, I once again started dancing and exercising. It seems my muscles and joints have stiffened, but I persevered and after an hour I was puffing and sweating. What a nice feeling !. I felt so light after that. But this morning, I think my ankles are a bit sore from my dancing the Gangnam! No, that won’t deter me. I will once again do that tonight. I have to, so my cholesterol will be back to normal again.

well congratulations! keep it up! I always promise my self that I would exercise, but hey I always find a way not to do it, and im already hating my self for that..ahaha.. well please pray that I would actually have the guts to do it..ahaha

aww.. hope your cholesterol level will be normal very soon, just keep it up. Sometimes I still wonder If I still have to exercise despite of my busy schedule,and very very tiring day. . I do have weekend though but I usually end up cleaning the house and sleeping. But Like what others says there is always a way when you want something.

Well, if you have a busy schedule and tired from work, then that's enough exercise for you. Cleaning the house is already an exercise by itself. As long as we move a lot, we can already call it exercise.

The doctor told me last week that my bad cholesterol is beyond the normal level. In fact, she gave me a medication for 2 months to help me have it back to normal. So, in addition to diet , i have to exercise. So i am now determined to exercise, lest my cholesterol will continue to be up than normal and get sick of it. I just hope that i will always get to go home earlier from work, so i can exercise.

exercise should be our daily routine.. i myself just started to exercise recently and it felt good to sweat.. anyways i read somewhere that exercise controls weight,combats health conditions and diseases, improves mood, boosts energy, and promotes better sleep so keep on exercising to enjoy the benefits of it..

Yes, i feel lighter when i am always exercising. I will do it whenever i can, because there are times when i get to go home late in the evening already. Also i will really do it so my cholesterol will be back to normal again. Of course i have to change my eating preferences, no more fatty foods.

exercise is too important for phycial and mental relaxits if u properly do make u weight lose too

It's great that you've found yourself exercising again. I think that it is the hardest part of getting healthy. Getting our minds convinced that it is time to start. I have been psyching myself to start too. Any day now...

Yes, finally i started last Monday and Tuesday. I am now so bent on exercising, but i didn't yesterday because i would like my sore muscle to at least recover for even a day. I hope my cholesterol will really be normal again and hope to maintain it that way always again. If i did it, you can too!

Well good for you for getting to that point of wanting to exercise. I'm in a rut myself and having a hard time to get out of it. Probably if I forced myself to exercise as you have I would feel better. Okay I will try it.

Try it my friend. Once you get past that not nice feeling after your first exercise, you will like it so much. The first session would make your body sore. That's natural though. It will conform after a few times of exercising.

Oh so you are playing tennis, maria. That's good , because it is one good exercise that really would make one sweat. Unfortunately, i am not a sporty person, so i don't have any sports to do. Just plain dancexercise.

I can't exercise in the morning because i still have to prepare breakfast and myself before i go for to work. Thus, it's at night once i arrived from work at 7pm that i get the time to exercise. I really enjoy my exercise because i listen in my earphone for the music. Gangnam is one of them.

That's the spirit! Sore muscles are expected when you are just starting again to exercise. Do not forget stretching before and after your dance workouts, and always hydrate yourself to prevent cramping.

Oh yes, despite the sore muscles, i again danced and exercise last night. But i will rest tonight. One day rest. Speaking of cramps, i have been experiencing cramps since i started exercising again. In the morning , when i stretch i would already feel a cramp on my feet and ankle. So, is that related to my exercising again, raine?
