Spaghetti-lasagna --a delicious dish!

I have yet to try making it myself, but a friend told me sometime ago about spaghetti-lasagna. Have you heard of it? Basically, you use spaghetti or a thinner pasta instead of lasagna noodles, but you layer the pasta, sauce, and cheeses in the same way. I have eaten it once, made with angel hair pasta, and would definitely do so again! There are a number of recipes online for it, but none seem quite like the once I tasted. If anyone here has tried making it, please let me know what you thought!

I have never done that, but you have given me an idea. I would also make it with pasta a little bit thicker than angel hair pasta. I love all sorts of pasta and every time another good idea comes along, I am willing to try it as I love to cook. Thank you

I have seen recipes for this - they call it spasagna. Some of them don't look appetizing to me, but others look spectacular. Check them out on Pinterest and you'll see all the different ways it can look. By the way, I love your name!! Of course, your avatar is appropriate, too. LOL Gotta love those kitties!

Thanks! It's a name I've had for quite a long time but use rarely...I'm fond of it, though. I see you're a cat fan, as well. :3

Chicken, mashed potatoes, and a veggie sound good, too! But I've been at work all day and haven't eaten since lunch, so many things would sound tasty right now, heh.

Spaghetti lasagna? I've never done that. Anyway, as for me the taste of spaghetti and lasagna has not much difference. It is just that lasagna tastes richer and creamier because of the added ingredients. Nonetheless, I think it would be fine if you use spaghetti noodles instead of lasagna.

I have never tried that. I do like pasta, any kind so I am sure that I am going to like this one. And angel hair is my favorite kind of pasta. I like cooking pasta as well, since it is almost the easiest dish that I can try. I can easily pop it in the oven for good measure and have lots of cheese.

ITALIAN FOOD they are one of my favourite food. I love lasagna too,wIf it is soft and tasty and well prepared. I have tried to make the lasagna that is sold in the supermarkets but it is not good because you have to cook it for hours, and they ar hard as a stone.
