Have you tried to make a fish ball from a fresh fish?

Although this is my first time to make a freshly made fish balls from a fresh fish.It is very easy,as the other contents are glutenous flour and salt only.It is very hard to make some fish ball out of the fresh fish,because you have to finely spoon out the flesh from the fish to mix with the ingredients.It sounds very easy,but it is very hard to make,yet when the product is ready to cook,then you could say it is very delicious.

Wow I would like to try this recipe and steps because I usually just buy synthetically made fish balls in groceries and I am already saturated of its bland flavor. Anyway what I tried cooking is Fish Burger and is basically the same ingredients plus an egg but its shape is in patties. I agree it's very delicious. I would try this too.

The preparation are really very simple,yet the ways it could be made are very sticky.
I know you would never felt embarrassed when the product is done,as it is real tasty nutritious and very handy to cook.You can cook it as a soup or a mixture to some dishes,especially the sea foods dishes.
