Good day Fellow Mylotters,
I do believed that an office work is not an easy thing to do although many are saying it is a routinary one. Hence, even you plan your work well, still, there are some issues that may arise. But, if this happens, isn't it that, it is still easy to take things simple. I mean, there are some matters in the office which should be treated simple, so as not to make it complicated.

Well if they make it complicated then just do some extra work to simplify it.im sure it will benefit everyone in your office.

hi there johndur,
as much as i am doing it simplier, some officers still stick on the old process. hence, if this is what they wanted, then, i guess, it cannot turn to be a simpler one.

Hi airashiela. I agree with you. Though before it finds difficult and complicated for me, then lately I realized it's really upon you on how you are going to deal with it. Because it is not really necessary to make it more complicated if it's already complicated, just learn to adjust everything, though for some it will take take, but once you find it, then you will feel the simplicity of even of the most complex thing. Just keep the spirit high and trust, pray too, especially. =) Thanks

I agree,it depends on us how we make things. Some really make it complicated but instead we can make it easier to. Only the secret is we have to find the simple ways to make it easier and then routine boring work also look interesting.

Well, I think many times, no matter what type of job you do, even when you own your own business they are always changing things up for you,and keeping you on your toes. You are having to relearn everything and find what will work best for you from there. So in essence I always seem to think change is necessary. It helps give us a desire to want to keep on learning and move forward with new things.

I agree with you, the thing is that most of the time there are those that we can just let go. Others though in the office seemed like the kind of person that would always make life difficult at work. They are the ones that makes it more complicated, actually. But overall yes whenever there are things we have to face at work we should really be more careful and just try to settle them accordingly.

yes,because there are kind of people that they make it big deal a small problem or issues in the office,maybe they wanted to be heard their good name regarding the issue,and there are some people wanted to drag you down and make the issue to big deal.

The hardest part as /i may say is dealing with the people around. so just take things easy and everything will be fine.

I agree its not easy but it all depends on us. As you said we need to plan on how things work and make a proper strategy to make it easier. we should believe in ourself to make all these This gives us confidence to move further.
