Been drinking a lot of water lately...

I had this very big glass of water sitting beside me this last month...if not a cup of steaming coffee. The reason is because I'm a bit stressed out every now and then. I had took up re-writing my stories at the same time reading various resources that helps with how I reconstruct my stories. If you're think that this is really difficult for me, then you are right. Although I am an avid reader, I still can't find confidence in myself to properly write out the words that I need to make a very entertaining and engaging story. Anyways, the reason for the giant size glass of water is to hydrate my brain. Thinking about my story and putting them into words drains me my fluids like there's no tomorrow. In a way, they help me with controlling stress and prevent a head splitting migraine. From what I gather around, water also helps you relax and this is what I direly need it for. Whenever I work, I over pressure myself. But if you're worried of going to the bathroom every now and then, I would say that in my experience it's not that bad. I do go to the bathroom but not very frequently. Because you see, whenever I drink water, I drink ALL of the water within my glass and refill it. Every hour or two or every thirty minutes whenever I feel parched or stressed, I drink. And I thought instead of doing this with coffee, why not water, instead? So what do you say?

hi sinful rose as a person with diabetes I say that if you do not have a horrible sense of just not having enough water to drink than all is well but if you have to drink tons of water to stop that feeling I would see about getting a diabetes test next time you see your doctor.I do try my best to get 8 to 10 glasses of water every day as it helps me to control my blood sugar all the time. Also we need that much every day.

I think I'm good on my blood sugar. But it's very good thing to look into for others who aren't so sure of theirs. My concern is only for my head and with how I have a tendency to over think. I thought I need a lot of juice to keep myself going. I try to drink more than the standard of 8 to 10 glasses a day considering that I sing, think a lot and move around a lot within a day. It's not like there's an over dosage for water aside for drowning, now, is there?

I was as well. Because I am acidic and that I think a lot everyday, I frequently dehydrate. So my doctor told me to increase the water I intake--as much as I can hold for a certain period of time and refill my body more after I excrete them. It's also a way to slim up and to keep your skin beautiful...or so I was told.

This is good info, Hatley! Thanks! I might try that out when my panties start to disintegrate again after wearing them only a couple of times. When my mom realized that we are acidic, she tried every possible course of action to reverse the problem--not knowing that baking soda with water can help. I was still very young when she found that out about us, I was not the only one acidic in the family. So what she did is change most of our vitamins to alkaline or salt based products. We still intake acid but we had to drink lots and lots of water.

I have no problems with caffeine here. I only drink natural coffee or herbal coffee. By the way coffee's good for the liver.

Drinking water in early morning helps to increase your metabolism and it has a lot of advantages in it.many of us don't like to drink water in early morning but if you did't it,you can keep your doctor away.

I always do that but I really can't develop an appetite in the morning unless if I drink Barley Coffee afterwards.
