I never missed a single episodes of NCIS from season 1 to season 10. In fact I have a complete collection of the DVDs and I watch them every time I have free time at home. i love the characters in that show because every one is a representation of the real life characters in the real world. It is not just another crime story that you can usually watch because it has a good story line. My husband learned to love watching it with me and it becomes our bonding moment. He even downloaded the NCIS ring tone in my cellphone!
I love Special Agent Jethro Leroy Gibbs the most. As the team leader of the group, he serves more than the leader. He is more than a father to his team as well.

I first got into the show after watching a marathon on USA. Now I watch every week. With the end of the season coming up, the last show of the year might be another cliff hanger. (Show note: they've used Mark Harmon's son to play the young Jethroe 6 times.) They have started to develop Dornie a bit which makes me wonder if he will be the next character to get killed off.

Really? I didn't know about that. I even thought that the one who played Harmon's father is real father too. I am not that sure.

The actor who plays his father is Ralph Waite who played the father on The Waltons. In the episode with Magee's sister, the actress was Sean Murray's step sister. Murray, by the way, is the step son of the producer, Donald Bellisario. He was also in Bellisario's earlier show JAG around three times. NCIS was a spin off from JAG.

Thanks for this information. This helps me to know the characters very well. I am not really into television that much and I only watch few shows which I do really like best and NCIS is just one of those few.

Well, I am a fan of every one there because each is a unique character but I have not watched them in any other show playing different role apart from the NCIS team.
