Decorating the house every season

Spring breeze is pushing away the winter season. Spring is coming and almost everyone is excited for the cherry blossom.
And I am excited too! This year I am inspired to decorate the house with a pastel and soft colors. I want to change the throw pillow to color baby pink,lotus pink and pastel violet( sorry I don't know if it's the right term). Same with the bed covers and blankets. And also the curtains will change it to white, a touch of green and a very light pink color combination. Sorry I am poor in color combination,suggestion please of this is awkward. Maybe this will look like a little girly style, just for my little princess to feel the beauty of spring. Also I want to add some live plants inside the house, but my husband is against live plants hoho!
Do you do the same too? Usually I see people do house decorating only on Christmas or winter season.

I do that as well, I have changed my colors in house and my cafe for easter. As easter is in march this year.Looks really good. With the greens and yellows here.

Haha, we have re-decorated in ages! Actually my mom is in-charge of all these and she barely gets enough time after work and all. We all suggested her to quit but she just loves her work so much.By the way, your idea of re-decorating is wonderful. Keep up the good work. :]

HI shaia, I don't decorate as much as I use too, but when I change
my closet clothes from winter to summer, thats about all I can do.
I must say that your plans and colors scheme sounds very very spring like..
the color sounds very pretty..
I have lots of greenery in my home. I love plants much more than
blooms, even tho blooms are pretty...

As spring is coming, I would usually start with some spring cleaning, changing the curtains from heavy warm ones to light and breezy ones. I also switch furniture around for a new look. Unfortunately, it began to snow once more in our town this late afternoon.

It does not matter the style as long as you like it but when your done this single man sure could use some stlye but not to girly I dont want my friends to thing the wrong thing lol

I do decorate our house. Every month I changed the decorations :) Last month was february so I decorated hearts everywhere ^_^ I hung heats in our ceiling hehe. And then this month for St. Patricks Day and then next month is Easter theme :) I dont buy stuff for decorations though. I make it. Like crafting, drawing and stuff like that :)

Good Job bluebutterfly! Crafting and home made decorations is really fun and earth friendly. Nice for you to have time decorating every month. I can't afford to do it thou I wanted to.

I like decorating house during Christmas. I like to have lots of LED lights and when we are children we used to decorate the house and also have a Christmas tree and used to decorate the Christmas tree. I think it is good to have celebration like Christmas.

Probably, Christmas is always the best season for me to decorate. Because I want those colorful stuff hanging in the christmas tree. Also my favorite color is red, and I can only use lots of color red during christmas.
