i want to go out on a date tonight

so my daughter is away this week, i never get a chance to go out on date night with my husband so i think i will make an effort today. i never dress up so this will be nice tonight. my husband should be happy he's usually the romantic one and not me.

ya he worked so hard on the floors yesterday. I had the girls over and had fun with them while he worked so it will be nice.

that is a good idea to end off the weekend. now you guys can bust out some of the really good clothes that you seldom get to wear.

It is very, very rare for my husband and I to have the opportunity to go out for a date. We did get to do it just a few weeks ago and we had a wonderful time. We got my in-laws to watch the kids for the night and then we went to another city to go out to eat at a restaurant that I've always enjoyed since I was in college and then we went to Indiana for karaoke for a little bit. The KJ at the bar that we went to used to KJ here and now just works in Indiana so it was really good to get to see him for a change.

I can't wait for my own date night with the hub. He's still busy at work and I am still busy after moving here two months ago. Hopefully he thinks of something better this time. In our case,I'm the hopelessly romantic one, not him.
