Bad attitude

I was talking to a friend of mine and he has this issue about our co-worker, our co-worker w/c is a girl has a bad attitude, then suddenly the pass by us and then my friend said a person w/ bad attitude can make a beautiful face ugly... the girl that we're talking about is very beautiful however she has this kind of attitude that most of us hates. now im wondering how are going to deal with this girl.

Just don't mind her. IF her attitude at work doesn't directly affect the quality of your work of if your work isn't in any way dependent on her or with you interacting with her, then just leave her alone. You are there to work anyway and not to expand your social circle. Now when she starts to make trouble for you, then maybe it is time to report it to the human resources and let them handle a worker who doesn't have a good rapport with the team.

People who mock as and have bad attitudes... are my pet peeves, really. I hate them, But the best way of dealing with them is ignoring them or saying "yeah, right... whateverrr", when she bugs you.

I think you better ignore that girl. She don't deserve any attention from anyone. If you ignore her she will stop being bad but if you keep giving her attention she needed she continue being bad because she knows that you guys are sparing some time to talk about her.
