What act(s) of kindness have you done?

What act(s) of kindness you've done and how did it make you feel? Do you think we all should do more of it, and how do we all help to spread the words out about this?

When I do acts of kindness from myself (and I'm not forced or blackmailed to do it), I really feel... I don't know, relieved, and I feel this really warm, light feeling filling up my whole body. I've donated to charity, gave money to street musicians, helped elderly ladies with their packages, offered help for friends, changed programs to help someone, gave up my seat on public transport to someone who needed it more...

Hi, thanks for the reply. I do believe you have gained more than just the light-warm feeling you get. In a long run, life is only worthwhile if we do things for others without thinking of whether we should or not. After all, love is all we need. Take care.

Hi, It is said that we shouldn't tell anyone what you have done for others. We should help others without expectation. We have taken the responsibility of educating two poor students. We don't expect anything from them but for showing gratitude they help us more than our help. They are so kind and helping nature that they always take care of me and my wife.

Hi, I do appreciate every act of kindness I've come across. This is one of the few things in life that make this world goes round in a much beautiful way. Thank you for sharing, and please keep up the good work.
