So I got my WII to work on my tv now and have actually spent some time playing. I decided to go back and use my WII fit and I can't help but laugh at myself. I have no balance at all. I enjoy doing the arobic things that I can do but when it comes to balance I know the game wants to say just give it up lady you will never get it. It even suggested I shut my eyes that might help. I did that and almost fell off the board lol. I figure I am burning some calories laughing if nothing else. So tell me do you use WII fit and how is it working for you?

I did try Wii Fit at my friend's house a few times. It's definitely a different experience than just doing more conventional exercises. However, I just wanted to see how it works. I was kind of impressed on how responsive the movement sensors are for the game. I am not sure if I will get a Wii Fit to change my current exercise routine, but I am considering it.

I used to have a WII Fit. I loved all the different types of activities. With time, I learned to do pretty well on the balance activities. I often combined them with a lot of different yoga positions that also required balance. It took a while, but I got it. And this is from someone with a damaged cerebellum (the part of the brain that controls balance). You can teach yourself balance if you just give yourself time. I also enjoyed the dancing activities. I studied music and they were right up my alley.

i'd like to try one, one day, but I think it is really pricey, even renting in mall per minutes is too much
