The bugs and Glitches that almost make me quit playing sims 3

1. Error 12, Error 16- Its so annoying when you achieved so much in the game then suddenly you cant save, all that effort and hard work going to nothing. I already figured out how to avoid this error, basically I only use the method "save as" and every save game will have a different game, after saving I quit the game, then load it again. Because if I continue playing after the first save, I will experience error 12. I hate this glitch so much. I hate the fact EA games refuse to fix this glitch.
2.Unroutable sim- I think this glitch happens rarely but whenever I experience it I wanted to scream, basically the sim just wont move whatever you do, Usually I experience this when the game is freshly loaded.
3.crash- When I am in the middle of playing and out of the sudden the game crashes and I wasn't able to save all the things I achieve.... I rage....

I've noticed that as I load more into the game and with all the updates things are becoming very complex. In the past I've played the came a lot off the cdrom and never had a glitch not even one. Now that I know every inch of the place I am spreading out and finding things are happening that are really not so much fun as the game itself.
For example, I got this absolutely lovely gown from a developer. Well it was a very large file but this one was so pretty I couldn't resist. As soon as the sim changed, I got an error I've never got with this computer ever. It crashed everything with a problem that centered around the video card.
Do want to be careful here because though I like troubleshooting sometimes I do not want to plague my sim life time with technical issues.

I a a custom content addict, so when people gave me an option to play with no custom content so my game will load faster, I was struggled, but I found out, all I need to do is be careful of the custom contents to download, see the reputation of the custom content before putting it on my game.took me a long time, Until i figured out to make my game faster without getting rid of mods, store content and custom contents

I havent downloaded any new custom and store content as I already have everything I need. anyway, I stopped patching my game, I have a traumatic experience with patching in seasons, they introduced the attraction system which make sims cheat on their spouse on their own free will in front of their spouse.

I'm always experiencing the second one. And that is so annoying. Cause I'm like why is it take 10 minutes literally for my sim to move if at all. Basically after 10 minutes I just give up and start all over again. I don't even know how to fix that. The others I don't have problems with though. I only had my game crash like once and that was it.

I remember someone told me that my game will load faster if I dont use custom content and store content, but I cant..... Sims looks better with them. Then discovered eliminating homeless people and animalsout of my game and my game runs faster.
Anyway one of the things that slows down our game are cars, well its okay for our sims to have their own cars but when every single neighbor have cars on ther inventory. then every single neighbor child have an an imaginary friend doll, it complicates our game.

disabling memories(you dont need to download anything to do that), also makes the game faster,I dont know why EA decided that neighbors, sims we dont play as, will have memories,cars and imaginary friends.

Yea it is time for you to switch sims city 4 yea . Sometimes i do find that sims 3 is kinda of boring at time yea.

I still play sims 3 after all those annoying glitches, but currently I am playing Azura's Wrath, Tomb Raider (the reboot), No More Heroes 2 and Batman Arkham Asylum.
