Can I add my blog?

I just made a blog about making money online, and I will post in it about the sites I've tried, what sites pay what not.I've read that myLot doesn't allow blogs that are less than 4months old... I want to know: are they referring to the blog itself strictly or at the administrator too? I mean, I have account on blogger since 2009, but my blog it was just created today... Thanks in advance! Add the blogs where? here in this site? how can you do that and what benefit it will make, if you explaine that will be nice plx, I want to learn things like blogs to make money

you can not, add your blog to MyLot. even if you have a blogger account a few Selm know, if your blog is not yet 4 months old. you will be blocked by the administrator MyLot. thank you.
