Are you a worker who leaves on the dot? To me working is one of the big part of our life. We worked our heart out to earn a living. As a worker, i definitely think that we should work efficiently rather than working Over Time. But the company does not seems to apprecite efficient worker. They only appreciate HARDWORKING worker. WHY? why can't we leave at 5.30 and be as efficient as those who left at 7 or 8? Rather than having a system tracking what time we leave and what time we come to the company, why don't the company start having a system which tracks the amount of you did. As long as you did your job, you can go wherever and whenever you want just get your things done. If he did not meet his target for 1 or 2 months, fire them. I am just suggesting, it would be perfect if there is a company who can allow this. I will definitely die working for the company and appreciate that company very much.

I think one can work a set number of hours and get done what it takes others to do in a longer time. The sad part is the bosses usually only see times not effort. I would say it is because some don't do their share is why this goes like it does. You have those that sit and wait for the clock to tick by while others do not even notice the clock most of the day. Myself I would rather have someone that is doing what needs to be done then those that waste time in their day.

Yeap! Definitely agree with what you said. I have seen a lot of worker who slacks and do their work slowly and work till 7-8 PM and claim OT from the company. And yet there are those who are considered as GOOD WORKER. Efficiency is getting more and more important nowadays as we are improving day by day. I definitely disagree with wasting time as time is one of the most precious item which cannot be bought at any means. I hope some bosses read this and understand what i am trying to present. Thanks for you comment anyway! =)
