My friends have recently shared with me about this new online business hype. For a start, it is free to join. From there you will immediately see the potential earnings you will get if everyone who joins after you decided to take up the offer after their launching. I was shocked by the numbers. Is this real or is it a scam?

I have already registered in this site but what happened to my account that, one day I got a mail about my huge downline that was created through the automation process of this program. But all a sudden I found my earning about $123 or some thing like that and to my astonish the same mail did asked me to upgrade by $25 to get those cash to my bank account. Should I believe this??

It's free to join until March 18th. After that, I suspect that you will be asked to pay something.
It says it is a "Multi-Level Marketing" business but there is NO mention of what it sells or intends to sell. If all you were 'selling' was places in a matrix, then it is a Ponzi scheme.
I would be very suspicious about joining anything which avoids issues like how much it costs and what the company's business is or what it offers members, especially if they only tell you those details once you have joined!
The numbers you may have seen are likely to be 'optimistic estimates'. Read the Terms carefully and in full before you join.

Thank you for your advice. I am watching carefully. A bit of me is curious about what they're selling. You're right. There must be some joining fee later. How much? We will have to wait and see.
I find that most of these MLM scheme requires people to recruit members in order to gain the most.
