Paul WIlliams now the new Chief of Police of GC...that means a new "who dunnit"

is coming! I was really shocked that they had him COP. His father was a cop and he has been a PI all these years...but I guess... they need one to command the yearly spring upcoming "who dunnit" murder...so why not Paul? I guess better to give Paul something to d than bring back Ronan! But...who is going to be killed so we have the next 6 months before we find out who did it? Well...with this congressman and Avery getting the father of Leslie and Tyler out of jail...and Victor and this congressman being at odds against each other...could be the Congressman trying to kill Victor, could be Victor trying to get rid of the congressman or it could be the congressman getting rid of the father...as I think it was the congressman that killed the mother and then left and Leslie just say the father as he found the mother and was trying to revive her...but the congressman is definately in the top 2 of the "he did it" that we will find out this summer! What do you think?
