I always eat chicken because it's my favorite. I like it Fried or steam. One day i visited my friend and I treat him. I fried a whole chicken and i gave him the thigh- leg part but he refuses. He said that he's on a diet, a low fat diet.

if it's fried then it's not for him if he's on a low fat diet. i suggest that you also remove the skin from the meat when you want chicken meat to be less fatty.

for me i think the part where is no skin at all because the usually part in the chicken who have high in bad cholesterol are those who have skin such as neck, wings and legs,so i think it can be any of the part unless it has no skin.

if i remember it right, the brest part is always the best part for health-conscious individuals. less skin and more lean meat, which means more protein,

well, I think chicken is not bad for fat as fish and chicken are good for older people which are so careful about fat and.... anyway, I do also love chicken. no matter how to make it, I like it in diffrent way. fried, roasted, steam, baked,... that is delicouse.
