Does anyone here consume collagen drink? How often do you drink it? I find that collagen does help to improve my skin and hair. Collagen drinks don't come cheap, therefore I only take one every 3 days or so. Can it be consumed everyday?

If you're asking about dark green vegetables I'd expect spinach and kale to be very good examples. I don't know about collagen but spinach is rich in iron thats very good for blood circulation that does in turn impact the skin.

Most of them come in powder or liquid form. Some are added into normal drinks, some need to be diluted in water or some other drinks. They make the skin firm, smoother and the hair shiny.

There are two collagen potions/drink that is widely known in our country today being endorsed by two famous celebrities. They are in their 40's and they really do look good. I am just not sure if it was really from the collage that they are taking or is it a result of their healthy living. Either way, they really look good. And I do believe that collagen could really make you look young and fresh, too. The price is a bit expensive. One should really be taking it 3x a day to see better results in a few weeks.
