Sometimes it makes us depressed or disappointed because we couldn't get understood by others even if we have tried our best to act well.
This morning,I was so tired because of hard work last night that I got up a bit too late for work.After brushing my teeth and washing my face,I hurried to my office.But unluckily,when I sat down on my seat I found I had left my documents my home.I appologised to my boss and bagged to let me return to my home to fetch it.But he refused.He had his reasons.Time was too limited before the important meeting.So I had to give up the chance because my boss chose one of my colleages' program.
It made me really sad and gave a big lesson.First of all,I should never forget to take important documents or work things with me.Before leaving for work,I must make sure that I had taken everything important with me.What's more,result is the only thing my boss and my company care about.And it certainly should become the goal that I should follow.

Yes,the result is so important that so many bosses forget only good process can produce a long-term good result.
Friend,I know you are working hard,but did you let your boss know it?Sometimes,how to speak it out to your boss is an art,find a good chance and talk with him,this can be in elevator,on the dinning table,or even in toilet.
So,no matter you finished the task or not,tell him the difficulties you overcomed or fell down where,he'll know much about you,and judge you again,and perhaps,he might give you another chance to prove youself.

Oh, that was bad. You've learned your lesson. I often forget things too at home but I'm glad I don't need those at work. I alternately forget my earrings, my wedding ring, my necklace, etc. I don't go home every day so if I left something there, I have to wait for the weekend to get it. I live in a boarding house one and a half hours away from our home. Don't forget your important things next time. Cheer up.

I think some people are likes that they care for the result and does not care about the employees. It is always good to have good boss and company. I think most probably you should take it cook and try to do your best and forget about everything. I hope everything gets well for you.

Well, that's the truth. In work and business, nobody wants to hear about your day outside the office or how hard you have worked or how long you did something by yourself. Everyone only wants to see the output. The bosses, especially, wants things done. That is how they operate and I somehow understand because if they were to be concerned even with those details by everybody else, I don't think they will be able to finish the day being able to check every operations of the company.
