I have told here before about the nee management that we will be having by May. I shared this before about almost two months ago, new management due to merger that they used to tell us before and gave as assurance that everything will be as is so nothing to worry about. But still there are some speculations around. But last Friday, the HR head in the company who bought majority of the shares came over to discuss things. There are some concerns was raised and tackled. Some policies and benefits that might have. Then what was surprising was when we found out that our tenure of service will be back to zero and we will be under probation for three months. So their assurance before was quite not true that we will be as is. I am not worrying about the probation but the tenure of service is what I am feeling sad about. Some are working here for 15 years yet will be to start again. Then evaluation and assessment if there will be redundancy at work. Which means that they might not get us after the probation since both company does have same kind of business?

Most of the company will paid all the tenure of service before all will be back to zero. I also experience before in my previous company. We are lucky because the new management paid all the tenure of service before we back to zero. They should not forfeit all tenure of service because it is supported by labor law.

They are obligatorily to pay your tenure of service even run by new management

That is what I know as well that we have to be paid and paid right.Good thing that they did pay you with the tenure of service that you have before you back to zero again. We are pursuing about it and hoping that it will result into something good and what is right for everyone of us.We been spending years here yet will be disregard, that will be not fair.

to be fair to all employees, the company must pay those who are more than their 10th year, others even pay those as low as 5 years, and then their tenure can be reset to zero. otherwise i think there can be a case you can file against them. more so if the position has been redundant, there is also a corresponding fee that the personnel must received.

That is what other people thinking and fighting for, to get the right pay since the it will be new management or maybe new company since most of the shares were sold.I also think that we should be paid right. Some of our colleagues especially those in are branches are pursuing this matter and hopefully will result into something good.

Some of our colleagues who are in our branches are taking some action about it.According to them they already addressed it to people who really know about this matter.I do hope that it will result into something good so all the years of working here in this company will be worth it and will not be wasted.

Oh no, that's not good at all. How long have you been working there? So that means in 3 months' time, they can also choose to let go of some people whom they deem as not meeting the new work policies, like for example some work which they can say wasn't delivered? That's so sad. And they are just saying this now.

Yeah not good and so sad,I been working here for six years and then will be back to zero by May.I am not worrying with evaluation and probation in work since I know what I can do and I'm working here for six years so I already know and learned enough the things that I have to know to stay that long. The sad part is that they don't say those policies before, the first time they said it to us.They said different now from what they have said before, the "as is thing and everything will be just the same' is not true.

Sad but it how it is now.We can't do anything about it once we are under the new management. They should told us this before so people will think well about decisions that they might do.
