Fifa President Sepp Blatter announced that the goal line technology will be used in the 2013 Confederations Cup. The goal line technology is used in anticipation of the incoming ball but was not seen by the referee. Like Scoring Frank Lampard to play Germany in the 2010 World Cup are not authorized referees. However Platini as President of UEFA refused the goal line technology. Did you do need the goal line technology football?

It is a joke that people like Platini is rejecting the use of goal line technology. Referees need whatever help they can get to make the right decision. This will reduce the It is like insisting players wearing the boots from the 70s and 80s.

i can say both of them see the technology from 2 different perspective.. Sepp blater see it from the perspective that there are many controversial things about the games, whether the ball had passed the line or not...like you said, that the most controversial when the shoot of lampard against Germany, and England get the negative result... and i think Platini said from the perspective that football is spontaneous..and it make football is more interested from another games..and i think Platini urge to give the more authority for the referee...maybe..
