Look for a job after getting bonus

This has become a trend. A lot of people start looking for new jobs after they've gotten their bonuses from the current job. I personally have not done this, but a lot of people around me had done so. Companies do not like employees like this, I think one will burn some bridges along the way, especially if they remain in the same industry. Is this the norm in your country?

Hi tehpau! I am a permanent employee and I don't have a plan of transferring to another employer after receiving bonus. The main fact that the company do give bonus, then why try to transfer to another company? Have a great day!

Well, there are many companies out there giving higher salary and better benefits. People just want to get their reward for the hard work they've put in before jumping ship to a better job.

I don't work out side my home for any one, I work here online for myself, so I don't have to worry about leaving a company, because I have gotten a bonus, when I was working, and I gotten a bonus from the company, I had worked for, I didn't think of leaving the company because I gotten a bonus.
