Since highschool I've been suffering from menstruation cramps or dysmenorrhea. There are times I can't get up from bed because of the terrible pain it caused me. The sharp pain makes me difficult to perform my household chores, different activities and worst, my office works. Yesterday, while in the office, our company agent notice me writhing in terrible pain. It was the first day of my menstruation period and I cannot do my job properly. The agent talked to me about their company product and wanted me to give it a try. Because of desperation I used their SHUYA AN-ION NAPKIN product. After just a minute, I felt so relieved. The pain is totally gone. I felt so fresh, so comfortable. And I finished all my job properly! It was the best menstruation cramps reliever I'd ever used. From that time, I know that I will continue using that product every month. No need of any over the counter prescription. Though the shuya napkin cost me thrice the price of my ordinary napkin, I believe, replacing it is for the best.

I have heard of this product that indeed helpful for us (women) I also tried other ionized sanitary napkins and I can say that it really works. It is better to use this product than taking pain relievers.

yes, I totally agree with you. I tried a lot of medicines just to relieve the pain, but this one is really the best. It does not only relieve the pain but also help me have a regular period.

Actually, I only had one horrible and painful period in my life and it was a nightmare, I had to lie down and could not even move. Very uncomfortable. That was because I did not drink enough water, I think. I am very into drinking water. I remember that for some reason I did not drink enough and after that, I always remembered to drink. No problems for me, as they say drinking lots of water thins the clots. This is something I love to do every morning, I do not believe it cures you, but it makes you feel better. The japanese drink 4 glasses on an empty stomach in the morning. http://network.nature.com/groups/skepticism/forum/topics/640 This makes me feel really good and I never had a painful period once I made sure I drank more water.

actually my period lasts only for a day...and it is really painful..every month i can only consume 1 napkin. But when i used this an-ion, my period lasted for 3 days. and i can consume 3pcs of this per day. And after just a minute tha pain was totally gone. And I can say, it really helps me a lot.

You can also try pain-reliever tablets, its cheaper and most likely same price of your napkin. And you will feel relieve longer also, but it is really up to you which one you are more comfy. xx

i agree. but tablets can only relieve pain, unlike the an-ion napkin. it helps you have a regular and normal period.

I'm not sure if this thing is sold in my country, but it definitely seems my thing! Well, I don't always have the pains, but every two or three months I have unbearable pains in the first days, and not even the best painkillers can make them go away as easily as I'd like.
