My boss told me she's thinking of transferring me to the parent company

And that for me meant that I would have better benefits! =) i am so happy and I am so excited and hopeful that this would happen soon! She said that she is waiting for papers to be provided and signed and thinks it may be this April. I wish it is true and that I would be transferred soon. Sometimes at our work we only do need to be patient and we only need to be consistent at what we do. Our hard work will pay off most certainly and that is for sure if we just stay and remain still we can get rewards to our hard work too. =) I'm glad that my company has recognized this and has allowed me to grow with the organization, and that I am to be moved to the parent which means that i will be permanent, and that I am among those who will receive better compensation(hopefully). =)

Thanks to you Jenny. its not yet official but i am thinking since she had plans, at least i know she is doing her best to make us feel that she knows and recognizes all our work. =)

Isn't it just a wonderful feeling to be acknowledged for your hard work without really expecting it? I sure hope that more companies would treat their employees the same way as you were treated. And I say, that employees would surely give all their best in doing their jobs more.

it is wonderful and i am hopeful. she has not yet told everyone that we would be "promoted" there are 2 of us in the team supposedly who would be transferred. and I am keeping it to myself and also am trying to keep the happiness in me as well. =)

thank you so much for your response. i am so happy that we have had such a news given to the both of us, my boss is happy too and she told me she appreciates me with what i do and though she is not talking about it nor does she always tell us, but she sees and appreciates what we do for the company.

Hi Jazel! its wonderful with the company and my boss has really seen our efforts and i am glad i went to her team and i have never really thought we would be in this situation right now! yay! i do not expect the increase but i am hoping that we will be given that upon transfer. haha

Wow, congratulations, finally, you have been reap your hard work. All of us employees are aiming for that. I am wishing for that also, to have a stable job. Hi chiyosan. Congratulations. You are very right. All that is expected from an employee is hard work, consistency and willingness to inculcate the culture within himself/herself. It goes to show that your company recognizes your contribution. Now you will have a chance to shine in your parent company. I do hope you will get to know friends there fast so you can get to the work itself. Maybe besides the transfer, who knows, it might come coupled with a promotion? hi dorofee! it is so great, just when you thought things would remain as it is.. this is happening now. my friends and i here in the office were talking and we were telling each other that so far everything is good and we haven't thought of leaving just yet as we are okay here... and then i was talking with my boss about my performance appraisal and she mentioned there was such a move that she requested for the 2 of us here and well others will wait but they would feel too that they will have their chance, besides im one of the seniors. :D so im just feeling so great and happy! God is really good! =)
