love eating healthy foods

I love eating veggies... sometimes i'm tired of eating meaty foods such as fried pork or beef steak... I miss eating my favorite butters vegetable recipe..Good thing my mom brought home a sample of her cooking lastnight. I really love the taste of her buttered vegstable. She put nestle cream on it which make it taste yummier. How about u guys out there what recipes of your mom do u miss to eat?

now a days its really good to eat foods that is not healthy for us such as pizza,but because its naturally appear the consciousness to our self we are the also who will find the way on how to be healthy and to care our body,so now i am eating fish and vegetables more often.

That's good for you. Here the vegetables play a main role in our diet. We must have it everyday. And we also have fish, besides the beef, chicken and pork. Our food is light and we don't like salty food. We often prefer to have the fresh vegetables and meats rather than the frozen ones.

Most of the time, I cook chicken coz it is my kid's favorite food. So when we eat out, I really try not to eat meat that much and just enjoy having salads and other vegetable meals instead.

I'm glad to hear that you love eating veggies. They are really good for us. Fried foods aren't that great. But I enjoy when my mom makes food on the grill it taste great.

What is miss the most is mom's pochero. I love how she manages sweetness of "saba" or plantains and the savory taste of pork belly! So good with steamy rice. Awww... I miss home. :(
