Happiness

how do you think we can all help distressed strangers become happier in life. i feel as if happiness is a very important element of a healthy life. I don't recall having any major disease for almost all my life and all i know how to do is smile so maybe that is a good reason to keep up the posiitivty? (just something to chat about ^^)

I do think positivity is really important. I have been drowning in self-pity, but then I realised that there's no point in doing so. So I started to play Pollyanna's game, like finding good in every thing, and I feel so much better. But I don't think everyone can be helped. Only those could be helped who let you help them, or would at leeast show a slight chance to change their attitudes. Some people just prefer to be grumpy and depressed and whining about their problems, but would not let you help them get out of that misery.

Yes I believe that staying happy and always positive has an effect on our physical bodies. First, always smiling fights the ageing process. If you always look sad and mad, you look older. I also believe in the science that when you are always on the negative mood, your body emits harmful toxins that may cause diseases or ailments. So always stay happy and positive. Although there are really times when we feel down as humans but always have hope that everything is going to be okay.

you are lucky that your life is going so well and you have so much to smile about. don't take it for granted. there are people who feel quite the opposite to you and are miserable.

Having a good perspective in life will surely help you to have a peaceful heart and mind. When we always think of positive things, we also attract positive vibes which will definitely make our lives easier and happier.

We all want to live a healthy and happy life,so i suppose that a healthy attitude is necessary for us,you don't have to care too much that you don't need to obsey or lisen,just live your life and things will be better.Smile helps you and others.Have a great day and it relies on how you treat of it.

Being positive and happy definitely leads to a healthy life. A method that has worked for me is to keep thing simple. In fact I have been accused of keep things too simple and not not planning ahead but at least I'm happier in the meantime that way:)
