Hard working persons

I was watching Reel Time in NewsTV last night about the people who are really working hard just to fill their daily needs. I saw a lady that she works from 4am and finishes at midnight. She used to do different works from stree sweeper to laundry to selling something in the street. I just realized that even she really has difficulty in financial aspects of her life, she used to find ways to earn not like others I saw yesterday in the market. There is a man that looks healthy and strong enough to accept some works but he was roaming around the market and begging. Why not find some work that he will earn bigger than just begging around the market. What can you say about this mylotters?

That shows to say that hard work is not a guarantee for a successful life. One should also be able to learn to educate oneself from managing ones financial aspect as well. If you will notice that many of the rich and famous people did not just do hard work but they develop a keen sense of managing their money to grow and work for them. Now that they have achieved their goals it is not them who are really working hard but the people under him working hard to earn more money for him.

Yes after reading many financial books I guess I learned that hard work does help but it is not a guarantee for you to succeed in life. You should continue to learn financial education as well. Even the woman you described here she could start from where she is and just saving a portion of the earning would have help her overcome her financial difficulty. It may be slow and hard at the beginning but with proper discipline on controlling her finances she could overcome everything. Following the simple formula of Income - Savings = Expenses could help her out of it. It may not be instantaneous but it sure does help.

that is a good point there. Just like the woman, she really worked hard but because her income does not suffies with their daily needs, she was still have difficulties when it comes to financial aspect.

I agree with you, learning how to save even a small amount will help her succeed in financial status. just like the woman in the show, even she has lots of works earning her to something, she has to pay debt first before saving leaving her to nothing.

I admire people who really works hard and try their best to earn money using their own ability. Yes, some people are taking advantage of other people's kindness- begging on the streets thu they're too healthy to do some works. That is why I don't give alms to beggars- I better give my donation to orphanages.

Sometimes, I give alm to some beggars depending on how I preceive that they really need it. You can see some that they are strong enough to have work instead of begging. In such case, I will just ignore them.

Hi there asdomencil! =) I have seen a lot of people who are very hard working and they deserve to get and at least see financial improvements with their lives because they have worked hard for it. I would probably say the same... to those who needed help but would not dare do anything to help themselves.

I agree with you. There are also some that really work hard to strive and usually they are the one that succeeded in life..

Hello asdomencil, because women can be more motivated as they have dreams unlike some men do, even with people who have attained education still can't find work because some don't have a vision or a dream. as for me, i don't give alms whether capable or not, you never know which one is really working for the syndicate and they might "abuse it" and recognize you

I agree with you. Some beggars recognized you when you give money and they will coming back when they saw you again. The woman in the show does not earn a degree but she used to take journalism course before and because of financial difficulties, she forced to stop because aside ffrom being a working student, she used to send money to her parents in the province. That is a sad part of the story, if she happens to finish her school, she might be the one documenting the same story of other people.

I salute those type of persons who really exert their effort just to earn an income. Even if the person is not well educated, he/she can find means to support his/her family. So I don't get it when people who seem physically fit just stay as beggar.

Yes, agree with you. The woman in the show did not finished her study. She was forced to stop her journalism course in college due to lack of financial support. She first became a working student but when she cannot do simulataneously, she forced to stop. I was a bit saddened because if she only has a financial sources for her study, she might be a good journalist right now.

In all labor there is a profit. He will surely blessed in all of his hard work but his work should be productive for him to be able to prosper :)

That woman is a dignified woman. SHe wants a work that even if she works hard , there is still dignity in it. But that man, he is a lazy one. I don not give alms to people i see that has the capacity to work even the oddest of the jobs.

I agree the woman, even she needs more than what she earns, she still struggle by her own rather than just asking something from others in order to live. On the other hand, the man was really lazy looking for work in order for him to earn more.
