I'll bet Victor won't let up on him at all. Billy helped capture the gunmen, figured out about the gas leak, found the leak and managed to cut the wire that stopped the igniting of the gas or bomb going off. But Victor will still call him "Billy Boy" and think he isn't good enough for Victoria. On a side note, Billy Miller's intro to the show today was great. You could tell he really enjoys playing Billy Abbott; but who wouldn't if they got to have romantic scenes with Amelia Heinle(Victoria).
