Characters and their fathers

So now their is another NCIS character who has problems with their father. In the past it was Ziva, Tony and Gibbs. Now it is McGee based on the previews for tonight's episode. I can't remember if they have had any of the other characters having problems with their father or not.

As I recall, they seemed to make references that McGee had problems with his father and that he was a disappointment to his father, especially for not joining the navy. I think McGee joined NCIS to suit himself but also hoping it would placate his father, which it did not.

The character I'd like to see come back in a flashback is Franks.

We never saw or heard of his father but we did see his mother who was around 90 years old when she passed.

I remember that a long time ago, when we met McGee`s grandmother, Penelope (an amazing lady, by the way) she told McGee to call his father and make up. So that we knew that there were issues a long time ago. Ziva had problems with her father and DiNozzo`s father was not at all what he wanted.

McGee's sister was played by Lily Tomlin who first gained fame on Laugh In. McGee's sister was played by Sean Murray's real life step sister, Troian Bellisario and Murray's mother is the 4th wife of producer Donald Bellisario.

I do recall that when Kate was still alive she had problems with her father. Then there was the whole thing with Director Shepard with her dad that was supposedly killed. That is all that comes to mind currently.
