Can I buy from ebay

Hello my loters I have a question that may seem stupid for some of you but anyway I admit that I have never used ebay or Paypal. First I expect my redeem in bubblews . The first question is can I still recive the 25 $ in my paypal acount if I dont have card linked to it? The second question is can I spend the money on ebay? As I said I don't have card linked nor bank acount. I dont want the money to be transferd I just wanto to spend them on some ebay stuff.

Linking a credit card or bank account to PayPal is called 'verifying' your PayPal account. Most sites, I believe, will pay to an unverified PayPal account (so Bubblews will be able to pay you) but eBay (and most other sites) require a verified PayPal account for payment, even if the funds in your PayPal account fully cover the purchase. They do this to give some sort of protection to the sellers.

Short answer. Yes and yes. However you can not withdraw out of PayPal to your bank account untilled you link it. Any shop online that accepts PayPal will support you. So basically anything online cause PayPal is common.

well you need to add the card through paypal.They will give you some money and you need to put that transcition information in paypal.The you can access the paypal , i dont know about your country but in my country i need to add the PAN card too.
You can check out if they ask for you.

Hi,
Been buying from eBay even if my Paypal is not linked to my bank account. The highest purchase was around USD30.00 for a hand cranked transistor radio from a supplier in Hongkong. Then I bought a pocket knife for USD10 and a mini compass for my dive watch for USD4. So far, the transactions went without a hitch and I did receive what I ordered even if it was delayed a little bit due to the large volume of shipping at that time. I was setting my eyes on a stainless steel bracelet as soon as I can cash out soon. The only problem with having an unverified account is that I can't add funds to it when I have money in order to use it to buy from online stores.

I'm gonna tell you with 100% confidence that you can receive the payment even with unverified paypal account just as I do. I received payment without verifying my paypal account. And if you happen to read paypal TOS, you can spend your money to buy stuffs on ebay. However, there is a certain limit to it.

yes.. you can still buy on ebay if you have amount on your paypal.. even your account is not linked on your credit card, its okay.. just purchase the item, input your paypal details and that's it!

I do know that you need to link a bank and credit/debit card for your Paypal account to be verified. That way sellers will be protected from those scam buyers.
Just add your bank info and credit/debit card info. Once verified, then you're good to make use your Paypal Account for online shopping.

Just want to say you got to be careful. I live in Trinidad and don't have a credit card and have never been able to succeed in doing anything with Paypal or Ebay.
