Doing business in ebay

Recently I think about doing some business in ebay.I have made some researches about it and find that it make me a little confused.I have registered in ebay and waiting for the verification of my Paypal account.What makes me worried the most is the Express.I live in China and plan to sell thing to other countries.What should I pay the most attention?Any advise?Thanks for any suggestions.
