Who's having a back pain after a couple of hours in the computer?

I feel so sick about my upper back, specially in the back of my neck. It only became painful when I lost my job as a watch technician a month ago. Now that I am a stand by, i tried to work on some PTC websites and search for other available online earnings. Of course it takes a lot of time in the internet.Well, I just thought, maybe other internet surfers also suffers with back pains like me.

I sometimes do, sometimes don't. It really depends on a lot of things.

I am also experiencing the same. I am taking my OJT in an office and I am in front of the computer from 8:30am to 5:30. I often feel a back and shoulder pain while I am working. What I do to ease the pain is stop for a while and relax my back and shoulder.

Take a break for at least 10 minutes every 2 hours, have a walk, pet a pet, have a brew anything, just move around. It helps.
