New Experiment

Bite sized potatoes in olive oil and basil. It was perfect! Experimenting is always fun! Gives you a bit of excitement and the anticipation of the result of the work. and it either inspire you to do it again or will drive you to be better next time! Do you experiment in cooking? Are you relying on just cookbooks?

hi, celleDJ. if you mean bite sized boiles potatoes tossed in oil and basil, then this is a regular italian recipe. and you're right, it is very tasty.

Oh, thesse bite sized potatoes sound fun and delicious! I may try them in different seasonings, even in a crunchier version as well. Thanks for the tip! Well, I'm just starting out on cooking, so so far I've been relying on cookbooks and advice from mum and friends... but I'm planning to experiment when I have a stable knowledge.
