Relaxation & Stress Monitor Circuit Not Working

Circuit Schematic: Relaxation Monitor - This is the circuit schematic I used for my project.

Hello, For my project in my prototyping class, I decided to use this circuit: http://www.electroschematics.com/5123/relaxation-monitor It's a relaxation and stress monitor which depends on skin's galvanic response (as you can see the description on the website). The problem is, when I tried to do the circuit, it doesn't appear to work well. When I turn it on (I added a switch to the circuit), all the 6 LEDs light up, and when I change the resistance on the potentiometers, nothing happens. Can anyone please help me? How can I make my project work? Can you please tell me how I can debug it, and if the circuit schematic on that website really works? Thank you!

HI Jeeyah Honestly I am not an eletronics guy and hence I will not be able to tell you if that circuit is okay or not or even what wrong you are doing on your version. But I did try searching for some more links and got this one - www.electronicsforu.com/electronicsforu/circuitarchives/view_article.asp?sno=124 It is from the same guy and the image of the circuit is much better and I hope that because it is featured on the Electronics For You site, that one should be more accurate and the correct one... though I wonder why would anyone post a non-functional circuit on his own website/blog. Anyways, the one I gave the link of has the on/off switch too though I am unsure of if it solves the same purpose as yours... as there are only 3 LEDs.
