Need best skill to drive a car ?

In my local area I am familiar with the roads and the routes to get to where I need to go. When I go on a drive to somewhere I don't drive often I have to work out which turning I need. I hate having three lanes and now knowing which one to be in. Very often the traffic is really busy. Petrol costs are high too which is bothersome. Driving somewhere I haven't been to before can be confusing sometimes. Rush hour on a Monday is the time I have to drive my daughter to her gymnastics class. It is awful parking near the school my son attends on that day. I have to manage in a very busy traffic jam and the journey to the gymnastics class is very slow. We park a five minute walk from the gymnastics class.

I'm living in Manila and there's always heavy traffic anywhere especially during weekdays. The MMDA should really be strict in imposing traffic rules. And the government should do possible ways to minimize traffic like road widening.
