Do you think there should be a law against owning a potentially vicious dog? Or do they have a right to life and an owner having the right to choose what kind of dog they want.

In the state I live in you have to carry a 50K bond on those type of dags. Even thow I dont care for those breeds. I dont believe there all bad. I think it may have to do with whom ownes them. with all breeds you may get a bad one. its just not that type of dog.
